Most of us are not very early risers. In the morning you are always in a hurry and there is no time to prepare a big breakfast. You have to get ready for work, to walk the dog, fix up the children… Little madhouse. And now imagine that you have to make breakfast. Why go through all that when you can have an interesting and almost ready natural breakfast? Here are some reasons why granola is a great breakfast option.

Fast and easy

Granola is extremely easy to prepare. You do not need to spend 10-15 minutes to prepare it. The less time you spend preparing breakfast, the more time you will have for other things – more sleep, more time for sports and for your loved ones.

How to combine it?

You can combine granola in several ways:

  • Milk
  • Alternatives to milk (almond, hazelnut, rice, etc.). It’s all a matter of taste 😉
  • Yogurt
  • Chia pudding
  • Ice cream
  • You can eat it just like that, without anything (it is delicious enough)
  • By adding different fruits to it

Each of the combinations hides its own charms, but the unifying one definitely remains – the various possibilities that granola provides!

The first logical thing to look for is the absence of preservatives, artificial substitutes or sealants. Quality granola is full of protein, fiber and healthy fatsthat will give you energy for a good start to the day (or help you endure to the end).
